Our client are currently looking to recruit a Document Control Clerk to improve the direct assistance to the projects team.
Within this role, you will develop and maintain document lists and update the project departments electronic document control structure as required. You will build and sustain accurate records including the selection and amendment of documents and update the company document management system.
You will be required to assist the project team in all duties and ensure compliance with all relevant aspects of Health and Safety and Environmental issues within the business. Candidates will ideally be educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent, training to NVQ level 3 can be arranged. Relevant experience within an administration role is desirable; however it is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
