The Company
Our well established Leeds based client is expanding, and because of this they are looking for a proven external sales engineer.
They are an international manufacturer of products for the road haulage industry.

The Role
Having technical knowledge from a sales background your duties will include building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to help grow the business.
You will be based out on the road 4 days of the week and 1 day in the office. Travelling around the UK you will be selling and servicing your own customers and selling our clients products.
You will also be providing technical advice, assistance, and education of these products; you will be supporting marketing activities such as trade shows and conferences.
Managing customer's requirements, calculating and issuing quotes.
Hours & Days: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, however you must be flexible.
About You:
You must be from a technical sales background previously as you will be selling complex products.
Knowledge of the road haulage industry would be a definite advantage but not essential.
Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full UK driving licence. You must be quietly confident and have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
